Denim Travel was started with the aim of offering a highly personalized travel service to the business traveler. Denim Travel has now grown but that commitment to personal attention has not changed. The company has, over the years, enhanced its list of offerings to include package tours, travel insurance, and so much more.
FLIGHT BOOKINGS
We secure air tickets on all IATA registered airlines and many “low-cost” carriers at competitive prices.
CAR RENTAL
We can book car rental for any local or international destination and partner with popular international companies. You have the choice of pre-paying or settling directly with the car rental company.
HOTEL BOOKINGS
We take care of all your accommodation needs both locally and internationally. We can also take care of transport between the airport and hotel and offer a range of pre-packaged and customized tours to destinations all over the world. With a network of on-site partners and personnel, Denim Travel can ensure that every aspect of your journey is perfectly managed.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any special requirements, we are here to make sure you get what you need. We are happy to book your special meal on flights and advise hotels of dietary restrictions. We will secure advance seat allocation on flights, order wheelchairs, book priority boarding or arrange meet and assist services where needed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Denim Travel has partnered with a number of insurers to bring to you professional insurance services that cover you, your luggage, and your family or colleagues when you travel internationally or locally. Depending on your needs, you can opt for a policy from one of the following insurance schemes : TIC – quote and issue your own policy Bryte – quote and issue your own policy. We can also assist with top-up cover for most credit card companies.
TRAVELLER PROFILE MANAGEMENT
Part of the service we offer our corporate and regular leisure passengers is what we call profile management. We keep records of your travel preferences, documentation including visas, passports and frequent flier or frequent guest membership. We then monitor all bookings and accounts to ensure that you get exactly what you deserve through every step of your journey. We remind you of imminent expiry of travel documents to avoid unnecessary last minute pressure.
FREQUENT FLYER
Sometimes your frequent flier membership offers redemption tickets or complimentary upgrades. As part of our profile management programme, we monitor your membership to make sure you are aware of such benefits and help you make use of them.
STAFF INCENTIVE TRAVEL
Research has shown that one of the best ways of rewarding staff for a job well done is to provide them with leisure travel benefits.
